Baileys
This is perfect for the winter months, bailey loves beware this is as addictive as the real thing.
Chocolate sponge with a baileys butter cream (don't worry we know what a good measure of baileys means and so its quite strong) and topped with a chocolate egg.
Christmas
It took time but we have created a cupcake that we think tastes like Christmas. Light, fluffy and a splash of rum.
A light sponge with fruit cake filling that has been soaked in rum with an almond butter cream topped with Christmas themed garnishes.
